What we do
If you are a DVA Cardholder, you may be entitled to receive subsidised services from DVA. Call DVA on 1300 550 450 to discuss your needs.
If you are elderly and frail, you may be entitled to receive subsidised services. To access these services, you will require a ACAT assessment. Call MyAgedCare on 1800 200 422 to obtain the assessment. There are also unfunded service providers who can provide residential accommodation on a short or long term basis without an ACAT assessment. In Victoria, these are called Supported Residential Services (SRS’s) and can be found by searching that term on the web.
Help for Carers
If you are a carer or a carer needs a break, you may be eligible to receive assistance from the National Respite for Carer’s program. You should contact the Program on 1800 052 222.
